RSP Architects is a large firm that embraces the idea of constructing structures
from the realm of digital media. RSP Architects provides a strong design philosophy
that utilizes an assortment of digital tools and techniques throughout the entire
design process. The work produced by RSP Architects is often forged from the
blending of pragmatic challenges and theoretical ideals.
Duties Included: schematic design, design competitions, computer modeling, as well as marketing presentations.
LOOM STUDIO | Minneapolis, MN | January 2003 - January 2004
Loom is a firm focused on effectively mending the often contradictory fields
of art, architecture, and environmental design. As a practice, Loom provides
an interdisciplinary relationship that finds its influences through politics,
fine art, film, and astronomy. The work produced by Loom is often guided through
its pragmatic, contextual, and theoretical characteristics in correlation with
that of its physical production.
Duties Included: assisting in the fabrication and installation for a twenty-foot steel and Lucite bi-fold door; as well as, the design and fabrication of a built-in cantilevered table, intended for the Onan Observatory.
